Yes. AES is tool-agnostic. We assess your current tools and templates, retain what works, and strengthen governance and reporting around them. We only recommend changes where they clearly improve delivery or visibility.
Do we need to set up a PMO before using PMaaS?
No. PMaaS can operate with or without a formal PMO. Where no PMO exists, AES applies lightweight governance and reporting as part of the service. A formal PMO can be introduced later if needed.
How quickly can AES start managing our projects?
